Shipping Information

All prices include statutory VAT. The following shipping information applies to orders within Germany and the European Union.

1. Shipping Carriers

We ship orders, depending on the shipping method and destination, with the following carriers:

  • DHL
  • DPD
  • Hermes
  • UPS
  • FedEx
  • GLS

2. Delivery Areas

Deliveries are currently available to Germany, the member states of the European Union and Worldwide.

If different shipping costs or delivery times apply for individual countries, these will be shown separately during the checkout process.

3. Delivery Times

Unless otherwise stated in the respective product description, the delivery time is:

  • Within Germany: 2–5 business days from conclusion of contract
  • Within the European Union: 3–10 business days from conclusion of contract
  • Worldwide: 5–20 business days from conclusion of contract

In the case of agreed advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring bank.

Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays and public holidays.

4. Shipping Costs

The applicable shipping costs are clearly displayed during checkout before you submit your order.

The following standard shipping costs currently apply:

  • Germany: €1.99; free shipping for orders over €59.00
  • European Union: €4.99; free shipping for orders over €99.00
  • Worldwide: €9.99-€14.99; free shipping for orders over €149.00

If different shipping costs apply for individual products, destination countries, or shipping methods, these will be indicated separately before the order is completed.

5. Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number, provided tracking is available for the respective shipment.

6. Transport Damage

If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, we ask you to report such damage to the carrier as soon as possible and contact us without undue delay.

Failure to submit a complaint or contact us has no effect on your statutory warranty rights.

7. Right of Withdrawal

Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal for distance selling contracts.
