How It Started
The first idea for the company was around 2023. I was shopping online for femboy clothing and like most of you, I was met with lots of dropshipping and low-quality products. There are very few options for long-lasting and high-quality clothing and none that are based in Germany or the EU.
Skipping forward to 2025, I got invited to the "mini-FemBoyCon" and the formation of the "Femboy Verein" (roughly translated to "Femboy Association") by Manu. This was the precursor to the larger-scale "FemBoyCon" which is now an annual event. In turn, I also invited a friend of mine, Shien.
During the "mini-FemBoyCon", I pitched my idea to Manu and Shien. The idea was to create a company that brings high-quality products to Europe and also supports LGBTQIA+ associations at the same time.
Moving to the start of 2026, the idea was set. I started preparing everything for the company formation while Manu was preparing the association formation of the "Femboy Verein".
We had set the company formation for Q3 2026. Unfortunately, the association formation hit some "speed bumps", which meant that we could not organize the FemBoyCon 2026. That's when we decided to move the company formation forward to April 2026 and also organize the FemBoyCon 2026 through the company for that year only instead.
And so Snuggle Collective was officially founded by Manu, Shien and me.
