Withdrawal Policy (EU Consumers Only)
This Withdrawal Policy applies exclusively to consumers residing in a Member State of the European Union and only to orders placed for delivery within the European Union.
Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
Withdrawal Period for Goods
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.
If you ordered multiple goods in a single order and the goods are delivered separately, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.
If the contract relates to the regular delivery of goods over a defined period of time, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party named by you who is not the carrier, took possession of the first goods.
Withdrawal Period for Services and Digital Content
For service contracts and contracts for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal in any of the following ways:
- by sending us an email to contact@snugglecollective.com; or
- by using the electronic withdrawal function provided in our online shop and submitting your withdrawal request by clicking the "Submit Withdrawal" button.
If you use the electronic withdrawal function in our online shop, you will receive a confirmation of receipt of your withdrawal on a durable medium, for example by email, without undue delay.
You may also use the model withdrawal form below, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
Reimbursement
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of standard delivery, if applicable, without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
Returning the Goods
For contracts for the sale of goods, we may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must send back or hand over the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
Exclusion or Early Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply, unless mandatory law provides otherwise, to contracts for:
- goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized;
- event tickets or other leisure-related services providing for a specific date or period of performance, where applicable;
- sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if they were unsealed after delivery, where applicable;
- digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, if performance has begun after you have expressly consented to the start of performance before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
